Years
The Russian word for 'years' changes depending on how many years you are talking about. There are 3 versions and are fairly easy if you practice.
1 - год (god)
2, 3, 4 - года (gO-da)
5 to 20 - лет (lyet)
For numbers over 20 you need to look at the last digit. If it is a 1 use год, if it is 2 to 4 use года, and if it is 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or a multiple of 10 then use лет.
